Shipping & Returns

Every piece is chosen with care, and we want it to arrive the same way. Here is what to expect once you place an order.

Free shipping on orders of $99 or more within the United States. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $15. We currently ship to US addresses only. For other destinations, contact us for a quote.
Lead times. Each product shows its estimated lead time. Items marked “In stock” usually leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days; made-to-order pieces ship in the time shown on the product page.
Tracking. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with tracking details. Orders from more than one maker may arrive in separate boxes.
On delivery. Please inspect your order when it arrives and tell us about any damage or missing items within 5 days, with photos, and keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

If something isn’t quite right, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. In short:

Items must be unopened and in resalable condition, with all original packaging intact.
Return shipping is paid by the customer and must be insured and tracked.
A 25% restocking fee applies, reflecting manufacturer handling and return charges.
Custom, special-order and made-to-order items are final sale.
