These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase from Levere Hardware & Bath (“Levere”, “we”, “us”), 49 Gerry Street, Brooklyn, NY 11206. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available, a price or description was listed in error, or a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

2. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. We keep prices, finishes and availability as accurate as we can, but our makers can change them. If a change or an error affects your order, we contact you before it ships.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by card or by one of the pay-over-time options offered there, processed securely by our payment partners. Levere never sees or stores your full card number.

4. Lead times and shipping

Shipping within the United States is free on orders of $99 or more; smaller orders ship for a flat $15. Many pieces are made to order or ship directly from the maker. The lead time shown on a product page is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping details are in our Shipping & Returns page.

5. Cancellations and returns

An order can be cancelled free of charge until it has been placed with the maker. After that, our Return & Refund Policy applies: returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unopened and in resalable condition, with return shipping paid by the customer and a 25% restocking fee.

Custom, special-order and made-to-order items, including custom finishes and sizes, are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered.

6. Product information

We show finishes and products as faithfully as possible, but colours vary between screens. Hand-finished and “living” finishes, such as unlacquered brass, vary from piece to piece and change over time; this is part of their character, not a defect. Please check dimensions and compatibility (for example center-to-center spacing or door thickness) before ordering. Our team is happy to help.

7. Warranty

Every product carries the warranty of its maker. Levere passes that warranty on to you and helps you with any claim, but does not add a warranty of its own. To the extent the law allows, no other warranties, express or implied, apply.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including installation or removal costs.

9. Use of this website

The text, photographs and graphics on this site belong to Levere or to the brands we carry and are provided for your personal shopping only. Brand names and logos are trademarks of their owners.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute is subject to the courts located in New York.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
